A loving family in San Diego is seeking a calm and nurturing Newborn Care Specialist to provide 24/7 care for their newborn, who was born July 30th.
Note: The family will be traveling from San Diego to Los Angeles for a week and will need the caregiver to travel with them. Accommodations include own personal bedroom.
Schedule: Starting August 2 (when they come home from the hospital) until August 17th.
The ideal candidate is quiet and highly proactive, providing confident newborn care that allows both parents the opportunity to rest and recover. They are experienced in essential newborn care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing healthy routines, while remaining attentive to the baby’s needs throughout the day and night. With the mother recovering from a C-section and hysterectomy, the ideal caregiver offers compassionate, hands-on support, anticipates the family’s needs, and creates a peaceful, reassuring environment that promotes healing, recovery, and confidence during the postpartum period.
Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB)
Compensation: $600/day
