A loving family in Rancho Cucamonga (91730) is seeking a full-time nanny to support their household three days per week for their 2 children (5 and 2-month old), while mom works from home. The nanny will play a key role in daily care, household flow, and transportation needs.
Preferred Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM (approximately 45 hours weekly)
Please note: 5-year old is on the Autism Spectrum
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage morning routines, including helping the older child get ready for school and driving them to drop-off.
- Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, naps, developmental activities, and maintaining child-related areas
- Pick up the older child from school and transport them to therapy sessions, supporting consistency with therapeutic strategies
- Assisting with dinner, baths, and bedtime routines for both children, ensuring a calm and structured environment
- Light child-related housekeeping tasks
- Flexibility to travel with the family for about two weeks per year is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate is someone exceptionally punctual, reliable, and comfortable working long, consistent shifts. The ideal candidate has experience caring for infants as well as children on the Autism Spectrum, with any ABA or therapy-related familiarity considered a strong plus. They should be proactive, patient, and confident managing two children with differing needs. Because both school and therapy transportation are required, the nanny must be comfortable driving and have a clean driving record.
Must be vaccinated (TDAP)
Compensation: Starting at $35/hr and may increase depending on experience + benefits (to be discussed with the family)
