Samantha is grounded, warm, kind, loving, and incredibly effective at what she does. We employed her for 2 weeks to sleep train our baby. Before hiring Samantha, I was bed sharing and nursing my baby to sleep for 13 months. She was waking up every hour and I was in the depths of sleep deprivation. Within a few days, Samantha had successfully trained baby to sleep in the crib, days later she slept through the night, and by the end of her 2 week course, every member of the household was trained by Samantha on the sleep protocol. Baby now sleeps 8-10 hours throughout the night, in her crib, and sanity, sleep and joy was restored to the household. Samantha communicates very well, and  throughout the course of our training, she would provide us with details on the night, tips and tools for us to employ, and was even available after the training to answer questions and provide further guidance.
