Newborn Care Specialist
A loving family in Redlands, CA (92373) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support for their newborn. Their preferred schedule would be 8 hours per night, 5 nights per week, for 12 weeks, to begin 3 days after birth.
They are first-time parents and hoping to work with someone who is calm, kind, and caring, with extensive newborn care experience. Someone who can guide the family with confidence and care with developmental stages, supporting a healthy sleep routine, and providing a strong sense of trust and professionalism to ensure the privacy of the family.
The family also has 3 sweet, but noisy dogs, and prefer someone who loves dogs and can be comfortable working in a busy pet-friendly home.
Mom is immunocompromised and NCS must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, TB, Covid, Boosters, and Flu)
Compensation: $40-45/hr (not flexible)
