Caregivers
We’re seeking two friendly, responsible caregivers to help supervise and care for children while their parents participate in Co-Creation Sessions, at LEGOLAND in Carlsbad, throughout the day.

Schedule: Saturday, November 8th — 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, November 9th — 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
- Supervise and provide care for approximately 4–5 children per session (ages vary, some infants/toddlers).
- Ensuring a fun, calm environment while keeping all kids safely within sight of their parents, in line with LEGO policy, within an allocated room.
- Provide a positive, safe, and playful experience.
- Maintain visibility of all children and ensure they stay near the Co-Creation area.
🌟 Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is experienced in caring for several children at a time and approaches childcare with warmth, patience, and creativity. Someone calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and able to engage children of varying ages in a fun and supportive way. Reliability and punctuality are essential, as is strong communication and teamwork. A love for playful, imaginative environments (especially anything LEGO!) is a big plus. Availability for both days is preferred.
Note: Caregivers must be willing to undergo a background check and provide proof of TrustLine certification.
Compensation: starting at $25/hr + (free parking and admission to LEGOLAND)
