Short-Term & Part-Time Nanny
A kind and welcoming family in Pasadena, CA (91104) is seeking a gentle, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for their 3.5-month-old daughter. This is a short-term role (8–10 months) with a daytime schedule of 10:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM. Tuesday – Friday
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
- Providing attentive, loving care for baby during wake windows, including playtime, tummy time, reading, music, and neighborhood walks.
- Supporting feeding routines (primarily breastmilk, with occasional bottles).
- Assisting with naps, including contact naps if needed, and ensuring baby is soothed and never left to “cry it out.”
- Monitoring and changing diapers regularly.
- Supporting light household tasks during naps, including baby laundry, folding, dishes, tidying, and light sweeping.
- Maintaining a phone-free, screen-free environment while engaging with baby.
- Communicating clearly with parents and supporting their gentle, nurturing parenting style.

The family values trust, respect, and open communication, and since both parents work from home, they hope to find someone who feels at ease collaborating with them throughout the day. Comfort with dogs is also important, as the family has a friendly husky-shepherd mix who loves to be near the baby.
