A loving family in Dingmans Ferry, PA (18328) is seeking a flexible and experienced Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support for their one-week-old, beginning June 8th.
Schedule: 8-9 hours per night (10pm – 6/7am), 3-4 nights per week, 4 weeks total (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday preferred; potentially Thursday as well)
The ideal candidate is a highly qualified and provides calm, gentle, and empathetic overnight support, allowing Mom and Dad to rest. They’re experienced in creating and implementing consistent nighttime routines, including safe sleep practices and healthy sleep conditioning techniques that help establish strong sleep habits over time. With a patient and nurturing demeanor, they create an environment where the baby feels safe, soothed, and secure throughout the night. Collaboration is equally as important, as the family values working together to best support their overall family dynamic.
Note: The family has two dogs in the home.
Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu)
Compensation: $40 – 50/hr
