A loving family in San Diego, CA (92130) is seeking an experienced and confident Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight care as they welcome their baby on July 29th.
Schedule: 8 hours a night (10pm – 6am), 3 nights a week, for a minimum of 6 weeks – beginning a few days after birth.
The ideal candidate is calm and quiet, bringing a reassuring presence to the home during the newborn stage. They are experienced in newborn care essentials, including establishing healthy sleep routines, providing breastfeeding support, assisting with diapering, and meeting the baby’s daily needs with patience and attentiveness. Reliable and communicative, they work collaboratively with the family, offering knowledgeable guidance while creating a nurturing environment where both baby and parents feel supported and cared for.
Note: The family has two cats in the home.
Must be fully vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu, Polio, Hepatitis B, MMR, and Varicella)
Compensation: $40 – 50/hr
